Courthouse Club Fitness is seeking a friendly Club Associate to be the first point of contact for members. You will guide new members through enrollment, assist with billing questions, and craft espresso or smoothies at the CoffeeBar.

This fast-paced, hospitality-focused role rewards teamwork, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people. Availability includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays at our Keizer location.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic about helping others.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with POS and membership management systems.
• Reliable and punctual; a team player.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Club Associate

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Reports To: Assistant Club Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking an outgoing, service-minded individual to join our team as a Club Associate at Courthouse Club Fitness. As the face of the club experience, our Club Associates are the first and most consistent point of contact for our members. Our Club Associates set the tone for everything we do. From walking a new member through enrollment, patiently and carefully resolving a billing question, and crafting a beautiful espresso or smoothie at our Coffeebar. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making every interaction feel personal and seamless. Key Responsibilities:

Member Enrollment and Services

• Membership sales and club tours


• Supplemental services, program sales, and support

• Provide information on membership options, fitness options, and club programs/activities


• Process member account payments, billing, and changes


• Communicate club policies and procedures


• Enroll and process payment for guests

CoffeeBar Service

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner


• Craft and serve espresso drinks and protein smoothies


• Sell market and retail items through the POS system


• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked CoffeeBar and retail

Club Hospitality

• Fulfill daily scheduled cleaning tasks to maintain club cleanliness and Courthouse standards


• Windows and doors at entry points


• Ensure high-trafficked customer spaces are orderly and clean throughout the day

• Launder, fold, and restock all club member towel services


• Restock all paper products throughout the facility


• Parking lot spot clean up


• Pool Chemical Checks throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player


• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills


• A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and community


• Experience with fitness membership software and/or food & beverage software


• Barista or serving experience
