The Bay Club Company is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team in Issaquah, WA. You will support front-desk operations, guest services, and facility maintenance while upholding Bay Club standards. Stay engaged with clubs, assist with registrations, bookings, and member inquiries.
This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and professional conduct, with opportunities to grow across operations, fitness, and guest relations in a vibrant club environment.
The Operations Associate is responsible for contributing to the success of the Club by assisting in a variety of operational, hospitality, fitness and facility support roles. These associates are responsible for providing the highest level of member service, maintaining club cleanliness, and consistently demonstrating a positive and professional attitude. This position enhances overall knowledge of operations and hospitality and develops career growth potential by providing experience in all aspects of the Club.
