Job summary

Bobby Jones Links is hiring a Club Accountant for Hope Valley Country Club in Durham, NC. You will assist in budgeting, perform daily close and POS postings, and manage deposits and receivables while upholding BJL standards.

You will ensure accurate end-of-month reporting, handle member billing, and support onboarding and data requests from the Support Center. The role requires integrity, teamwork, and the ability to work long hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of the club’s annual budget and financials.
• Handle daily close out and postings in the club POS system.
• Process daily club deposits and bank deposits.
• Manage receivables and payables in accordance with Bobby Jones Links standards.
• Ensure end-of-month reporting is accurate and sent to Accounting team.
• Manage member billing and address billing disputes with members.
• Assist GM with Associate onboarding process.
• Support Center data requests and information gathering.
• Maintain procedures for confidentiality and safeguard all funds in bank accounts.
