Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in clinical or medical laboratory technology/sciences or related field.
• 1 year of teaching experience or working in the specialty area of instruction.
• Meet CAP and state certification requirements to work in a clinical laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and supports CLS education across clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology, transfusion medicine, microbiology, urinalysis and laboratory operations.
• Manages classrooms and applies varied instructional methods.
• Supports accreditation activities, advisory boards and program structure.
• Maintains ongoing professional development and certification in related fields.
