CLP Teacher (K-8) Collaborative Learning Program (2027-2028)
Do you want to get rich and famous? Well, you probably should not become a teacher. Do you want to make a difference that will last longer than you will? You might want to consider Arma Dei Academy, where our aim is to provide the richest K–12 educational experience in American history.
Two-Day & Four-Day Positions | Accepting applications year-round for the 2027–2028 school year
This is an evergreen posting. We accept applications on an ongoing basis, primarily for the 2027–2028 school year, and there may not be a current vacancy. We would rather know great teachers before we need them. When a classroom opens, we hire from candidates already in conversation with us.
Retirement plan; paid time off; advanced degree reimbursement; classical Christian education training and professional development. Four-day teachers are also eligible for health and dental insurance, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability. A two-day schedule leaves room for your own family, studies, or homeschool.
Two-Day (one cohort: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday)
Arma Dei publishes its salary scale. Placement is set by years of experience in classical Christian education and degree level.
The CLP is a different kind of classroom. In the spirit of Deuteronomy 6, our teachers co-labor with parents: students learn with you on campus two days a week and continue that same learning at home with their parent-teachers the other three. You teach the class; you also equip the parents who carry your lessons home.
CLP families are classically minded Christian homeschoolers who chose this partnership on purpose. You will teach Bible, science, history, geography, composition, literature, math, Latin, and character formation to students in kindergarten through eighth grade, alongside our CLP Dean and a close-knit faculty.

The CLP gives you a full classical Christian classroom without a five-day week, inside a school in its fifteenth year that serves nearly 650 students from 280 families and is accredited by the Association of Classical Christian Schools. CLP parents tell us the partnership has transformed their homes; our teachers are the reason. Our culture rests on three commitments: a High Bar for the work, a Big Hug for the people, and Open Hands with what God gives us.
Professional references will be requested. Thoughtful questionnaire responses are an important part of how we assess readiness for the role and alignment with our mission.
