Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is hiring a technology program/project manager to lead complex cloud migration and implementation initiatives. You will leverage deep knowledge of AWS services and architectures to guide decisions and align customer outcomes with technical solutions.

The role requires coordinating across cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical requirements, and contributing to documentation and standards.

Qualifications

5+ years leading IT project delivery with external customers
1+ years working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams
3+ years of cloud computing experience
Current TS/SCI with Polygraph
Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple teams

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects
Guide technical decisions using AWS services, architectures, and best practices
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions across engineering teams
Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes
Decompose complex problems into actionable deliverables
Contribute to technical documentation and define standards
