Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks an Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, guiding discussions across stakeholders and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.

Apply Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, validate solutions against business goals, and manage technical risks. Develop domain expertise and pursue AWS certifications while delivering high-impact results

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT projects with external customers.
• 5+ years of program or engagement management leading multiple projects.
• 1+ years of working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and facilitate engineering discussions.
• Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
