Job summary

You’ll work on L3-L7 layers, build gateways, diagnose issues, and partner with security to ensure secure service communication and DDoS defenses. The role blends software engineering with production ownership, turning ambiguous networking problems into durable improvements while collaborating with service owners and cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production infrastructure or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate ingress, egress, and service-to-service connectivity across clusters, regions, and clouds.
• Develop proxies, gateways, controllers, and automation for routing, load balancing, failover, and traffic management.
• Build telemetry and diagnostic tools that explain traffic paths and help engineers take action.
• Improve latency, throughput, availability, and network efficiency through measurement and controlled rollouts.
