Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking professionals to support local, fixed-duration projects in the Beaverton area. You will perform hands-on migrations across voice telephony, CPaaS and UCaaS stacks, while collaborating with a diverse network across Accenture businesses.

You will read and modify integration code in C, JavaScript, TypeScript or Python and leverage REST APIs/SDKs to diagnose live call and message flows. Azure familiarity is beneficial for operations and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on migration experience in voice telephony and related CPaaS/UC workloads.
• Experience reading and modifying integration code using languages like C, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Deep hands-on migration experience in voice telephony/CPaaS technologies.
• Plan and execute production cutovers of live communications workloads.
• Read/modify integration code and debug live call/messaging flows from logs.
