Accenture Flex seeks a skilled professional to drive migration of live communications workloads, including SIP/PSTN/SBC and CPaaS integrations. You will plan end-to-end cutovers, read and modify integration code in C, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python, and use SDKs and REST APIs to debug flows.

Familiarity with Azure in communications is a plus. This on-site role emphasizes hands-on delivery for local projects, with competitive benefits and a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience with production-grade migration in voice/CPaaS environments.
• Experience reading/modifying integration code and debugging live call flows.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SDKs and common cloud platforms like Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead migration of live communications workloads with customer traffic.
• Plan and execute production cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Read/modify integration code and debug call flows from logs.
• Apply Azure knowledge to communications workloads and monitoring.
