Job summary

Belay Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our intel team in the Baltimore/Columbia area.

The role focuses on implementing cloud-based systems, performing functional testing, and leading UAT to verify system functionality and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage requirements through the project lifecycle, and develop comprehensive test plans for installs, integrations, and acceptances in AWS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 7+ years SE experience.
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Cloud technologies and testing methodologies experience.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and docs.
Strong SDLC understanding and ability to elicit requirements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Lead System Engineer and cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based systems with testing and UAT.
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop test plans for installation, integration, and acceptance in cloud environments (AWS).
Participate in agile ceremonies to support iterative improvements.
Communicate architectural vision across teams and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot cloud system issues and ensure security and compliance.
