Job summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our intel team in Columbia, Maryland. The role involves analyzing requirements, developing test plans, performing data collection and analysis, and reporting status.

You will support software quality through testing and automation, and guide junior engineers. Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI with polygraph, 8+ years of software engineering, and experience in SIGINT/IA/IT domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Software Engineering, with 12 years if no degree.
• 3 years in SIGINT/IA/IT domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements to develop evaluation and test plans.
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and status reporting.
• Support software quality through testing and automation.
• Develop test plans/procedures and traceability matrices.
• Mentor other test engineers and provide day-to-day guidance.
