Job summary

Blink, part of the Amazon Devices family, is seeking a System Development Engineer to help build and operate large-scale cloud services for millions of Blink customers. You will work on cloud infrastructure, streaming video, event handling, and deployment at scale within the Amazon ecosystem.

You will join a team valued for engineering excellence, design-driven architecture, and reliable, scalable systems. The role requires strong technical background, customer focus, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship software development experience
• Experience building services using AWS products
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience designing or architecting scalable systems
• Experience with distributed systems at scale
• Experience automating large-scale infrastructure
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate large-scale cloud services used by millions
• Design and architect reliable, scalable distributed systems
• Work on Blink security cloud infrastructure within the Amazon ecosystem
