Job Description

We are seeking a early to mid-career level Cloud Systems Engineer for our Operations, Infrastructure & Support Engineering Group. The role focuses on building and maintaining automation tooling and infrastructure for cloud environments, developing automated pipelines, and providing consulting on build, test, and release automation. Responsibilities include managing DevOps platforms, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver Infrastructure as Code to enhance cloud environment performance
• Create deployment jobs supporting a secure, updated environment
• Participate in architecture discussions, using tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and consistency
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis efforts, fostering a blameless culture

The engineer will directly support our development environment infrastructure, contributing to a company with over 5,000 engineers and extensive educational and career growth opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or IT, with 4+ years of experience
• Security+ Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Experience in a security-conscious environment
• Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and operating systems
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools
• Flexible problem-solving skills, quick learner, customer-focused
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Ability to automate routine tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud providers

Additional Requirements:

• Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $90,000 - $155,000. Benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, professional development, profit sharing, and more.
