Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking Cloud Support Specialists (Digital Escorts) to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in Reston, VA. The team is seeking end-user support specialists familiar with cloud environments to support a classified program.

This job opens for applications 4/15/2025. Applications for this job will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date

Responsibilities of the Cloud Support Specialist:

  • Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools
  • Document all findings from tickets and incidents
  • Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier 1/Tier II level

Qualifications of the Cloud Support Specialist:

  • 1+ years of professional IT experience
  • Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems; Active Directory, JIRA, ServiceNow
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Must be flexible with shift
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

Compensation of the Cloud Support Specialist:

  • Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000+/year **based on experience**
  • Full Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO/Holiday, Sick leave as required by state law
  • Long-term stable program with growth opportunities
