Job summary

NetApp, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the Cloud Volumes ONTAP product line. You will define the vision, strategy, and business plans to position CVO as a leader in cloud storage and data management across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

You will partner with engineering, marketing, and cloud providers to drive end-to-end lifecycle, set KPIs, and translate customer insights into market-leading features. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B cloud product management with launch experience.
• Strong leadership of geographically dispersed PM teams across geographies.
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and storage technologies.
• Hands-on with NetApp ONTAP and cloud storage architectures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer-centric product vision and strategy for Cloud Volumes ONTAP.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of CVO, including roadmap and execution with engineering, marketing, and partner teams.
• Define and prioritize technical requirements for hybrid/multi-cloud storage features.
• Collaborate with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) for integration and joint success.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage customer feedback and market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to accelerate growth.
• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed PM team.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, outbound product management, marketing, and strategy.
• Promote CVO value through documentation and GTM support.
• Champion analytics/automation to simplify management for users.
