Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk installation and help teams realize the platform's potential across IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI.

The role involves designing impactful use cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging Cribl, CI/CD, and IaC tools to improve monitoring and analytics. Relocation to Madison, WI is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Splunk administration; Cribl is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts; GitLab experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts; Ansible and Terraform a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain Epic's cloud Splunk installation.
• Identify and implement new Splunk use cases across IT operations, Security, R&D, BI.
• Collaborate with teams to improve delivery and instrument monitoring and analytics.
