We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Solutions Engineer specializing in Azure and Databricks to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions that leverage Azure services and Databricks for data processing and analytics. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud architecture, data engineering, and best practices in cloud security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices while managing cloud resources.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Azure and Databricks and other Cloud technologies and best practices.
Use your skills to make an impact
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-4 years of proven experience in cloud solution architecture, specifically with Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions).
Hands-on experience with Databricks, including data processing, ETL workflows, and machine learning capabilities.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala.
Knowledge of cloud security principles and compliance frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Databricks or other Cloud platforms.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools related to CI/CD for cloud applications

Work-At-Home Requirements
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$89,000 - $121,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
