Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect in the Boston area to drive cloud adoption, educate customers, and design scalable, secure architectures.

You will partner with sales and engineers to deliver and communicate high-value cloud solutions across startups and enterprises. Ideal candidates have strong executive communication skills, can create one-to-many content, and can translate technology into measurable business value while staying current with AWS services

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (software, cloud, infra, security, networks, data).
• 3+ years in design/implementation/consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development/implementation in software or internet industries.
• Experience communicating with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to exceed revenue objectives via AWS adoption.
• Educate SWAT customers and discuss architecture for cloud deployment.
• Build relationships with senior technical individuals to enable cloud advocacy.
• Conduct training sessions for customers using AWS.
• Share best-practice knowledge within AWS solutions architect community.
• Collaborate with business development to migrate apps/services to AWS.
• Contribute to AWS customer-facing publications.
