Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers adopt AWS, migrate workloads, and design scalable cloud solutions. You will partner with account teams to develop strategies that move customers from pilots to wide-scale cloud adoption.

The role emphasizes educating customers about AWS value, leading deep architectural discussions, and building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years in technology domains (e.g., software, cloud, systems, security, networking).
• Experience migrating legacy solutions to the cloud.
• Experience with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
• Experience in software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure success in building and migrating applications, software and services on the AWS platform.
• Formulate and execute a strategy as part of the account management team.
• Educate customers on AWS value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions.
• Conduct enablement sessions to transfer knowledge to customers.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the AWS solutions architect community.
• Contribute to AWS customer-facing publications.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering and support.
