Job Description:
The role involves working on TxDOT projects. The responsibilities and skills required include:

• Developing a well-informed Microsoft M365, Power Platform, and Azure strategy.
• Determining M365 and Power Platform requirements by analyzing business operations, applications, and security; reviewing business objectives; and evaluating current systems.
• Obtaining M365 requirements, developing and implementing designs for new projects, and maintaining existing designs and architectures.
• Managing the Power Platform strategy, coordinating efforts with the CoE governance team, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Other responsibilities include administering and managing M365 and Power Platform environments, updating CoE releases, managing the TxDOT Governance Hub, implementing changes to support standards, reviewing impacts of changes, establishing measures for progress, and collaborating professionally and timely. Performs related work as assigned.

Must Have Skills and Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience with Azure AD
• 4-7 years managing M365 technologies: Exchange, Power Platforms, Teams, SharePoint
• 4-7 years creating Microsoft M365 strategies
• 4-7 years scoping M365 implementation projects
• 4-7 years working with Power Apps, Power Flows, Power BI

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years overseeing and working with vendors
• 3 years project work experience
• 3 years familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• 3 years ability to follow complex workflow processes
