The Reliable Solutions Group is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to partner with Architects and Engineers to streamline and automate business processes, enhancing the platform’s capabilities. • Experience managing large-scale technical programs with multiple deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business and technical processes.
• Proven ability to plan, write requirements, and drive release-ready solutions.
• Experience mapping dependencies and integrations across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build project plans and roadmaps; lead squads from kickoff to deployment.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and vendors for dependencies.
• Write system requirements/JIRA stories for development and testing.
• Prioritize issues, enhancements, and requests based on platform specs.
• Lead business acceptance testing and guide release cycles.
• Foster relationships across cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Provide business analysis support within TRSG.
• Collaborate with the full-stack squad supporting Annuity objectives.
