Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to lead technical architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations. You will drive enterprise-scale designs, governance, and integration strategies across D365, Azure and Power Platform.

The role combines technical leadership with functional architecture, guiding development teams and ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Cloud Solution Architect will serve as the technical authority for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations while also driving the functional architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

The role requires a strong combination of enterprise solution architecture, cloud technologies, integration design, development governance, and business process understanding across project-based organizations. The architect will lead end-to-end design, implementation, optimization, and modernization initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Primary Focus: D365 F&O Technical Architecture (70%) + D365 Project Operations Functional Architecture (30%)

Key Responsibilities

D365 Finance & Operations – Technical Architecture

• Solution Architecture
• Design and govern enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architectures.
• Define application, integration, security, and infrastructure architectures.
• Lead technical solution design workshops with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Establish architecture standards, development frameworks, and governance processes.

Development & Technical Leadership

• Provide oversight for X++ customizations and extensions.
• Design upgrade-safe solutions using Microsoft best practices.
• Guide development teams through code reviews and technical design reviews.

• Revenue recognition

Business Process Consulting

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
