Job description

As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions tailored to meet our organization's evolving needs. Leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Develop comprehensive cloud architecture solutions aligned with business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on cloud best practices, staying abreast of emerging technologies, and advising on their applicability to our cloud strategy.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly within our environment.
4. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code practices for automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
5. Security: Design and implement robust security measures to safeguard data and applications within the cloud environment.
6. Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining optimal performance.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all cloud-related processes and architectures.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or a similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
3. Strong understanding of cloud-native application architectures and microservices.
4. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
5. Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) would be a plus.
