Job summary

CyberPoint International seeks a Cloud Software Engineer 1 to support design, development, integration, testing, deployment and maintenance of cloud-based software. You will build scalable cloud-native apps, work in an Agile team, and contribute across the full software lifecycle.

The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Candidates may have a CS degree or 2+ years of related experience and should be proficient in Java, Python, or C++, with Linux and cloud

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with current polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based software applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications for large-scale compute and data analytics.
• Participate in full Agile software development lifecycle.
• Develop software using Java, Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Work in Linux environments to develop, test, and maintain software.
• Collaborate with engineers and admins to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Document development activities and system configurations.
