Job summary

MORSE Corp is seeking highly motivated Software Engineers with cloud expertise in Cambridge, MA; Arlington, VA; and Seattle, WA. You will design, develop, and deploy Python-based software with scalable cloud infrastructure and secure, maintainable code.

Hybrid/onsite roles require 3+ days in the office and contribute to DoD-focused missions. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of software experience, strong Python, AWS/Azure/GCP exposure, and IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, plus Kubernetes and

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• 1+ years of hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Familiarity with Agile/microservice architectures.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field; 1+ years of software engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software applications using Python.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC practices.
• Oversee deployment of cloud services with security guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with software engineering trends and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to new codebases with OO, modular design.
