Job summary

Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) seeks a Software Cloud Engineer to join a team building a secure cloud-based software solution. You will collaborate with engineers and security specialists on-site in Raleigh, NC to design and implement cloud-native software for SAP environments.

Requirements include a BS in CS/IT or related field with 5–7 years of experience, U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain DoD clearance, SAP access, and DoD 8570 IAT II within 60 days.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required; green card holders are not eligible.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a closely related field with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Successfully acquire and maintain SAP access.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team and department performance.
• Willing to work on-site, daily, at our Raleigh, NC location.
