Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud SOC Analyst to monitor and respond to cloud threats in support of the United States Air Force. You will operate in a fast-paced SOC, analyze incidents, and coordinate remediation across multi-cloud environments.

Applicants should have 4+ years in SOC/cybersecurity, 3+ years with cloud SIEM (Splunk) or SOAR, a Bachelor's degree, Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT II (Security+) within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SOC operations or cybersecurity in cloud or hybrid environments.
• 3+ years with cloud SIEM or SOAR platforms such as Splunk.
• Experience with incident response tasks and remediation of security incidents.
• Knowledge of basic IT forensics.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+, within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze threats in a high-impact SOC environment.
• Analyze incidents to determine affected systems and support recovery efforts.
• Mitigate threats and coordinate with teams to implement rapid remediation.
• Combine threat intelligence with event data and telemetry to identify attack patterns.
• Translate customer needs and support migration and solutioning of mission-critical capabilities.
