Job summary

Bedrock Robotics Inc. in New York is seeking a senior platform engineer to own the integration of simulators with the Cloud Platform, ensuring efficient collaboration between simulation and ML engineers.

You will build distributed systems, deployment plumbing, data pipelines, and internal tooling to turn each simulator into a reusable, company-wide capability with a focus on reliability and scale. You’ll work closely with the Sim and Cloud teams to remove friction and accelerate iteration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of production systems.
• Strong Python skills with comfort in API design, async patterns, and cloud-native development.
• Solid cloud infrastructure background; comfortable in AWS and able to reason about cost/performance trade-offs.
• Experience with deployment and service integration: gRPC, container orchestration, instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Integrate simulators into Bedrock Cloud: deployment, packaging, instrumentation, and scale-aware execution.
• Run simulations reliably in automation, enabling CI and nightly workflows for releases.
