Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience in cloud native environments.
- Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong testing mindset with TDD and comprehensive test coverage.
Responsibilities
- Participate in inception and planning with product managers and teams.
- Lead daily standups and cross-site collaboration sessions.
- Coach paired programming and test-driven development practices.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Provide architectural leadership and monitoring of systems.
