Job summary

RG&T Solutions. Specialist Director, Cloud Security leads cloud security governance and risk management across AWS and Azure environments. You will oversee security posture, policy adherence, and remediation across enterprise teams.

Eight+ years in cybersecurity with cloud focus, multi-account governance, CSPM/CNAPP programs, and ability to influence senior stakeholders are required. Travel as needed; US work authorization preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years in cybersecurity, specializing in cloud security, governance, risk management, or cloud architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience managing AWS and Azure enterprise environments, multi-account governance, and CSPM/CNAPP security programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead remediation efforts, and reduce risks in large-scale tech environments.
• Technical expertise in AWS, Azure, IAM, CSP platforms, firewall governance, and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cyber Managed Services delivery, ensuring high-quality service through effective coordination with clients and global teams.
• Lead operational governance, incident management, change, and release processes, and drive continuous service improvements.
