Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow queue and triage tickets for PVIOT-H teams.
• Maintain SLA/KPI reporting and account management tasks.
• Coordinate vulnerability reports with security and engineering teams.
• Monitor AWS/Azure health, alerts, and perform remediation tasks.
