Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Network Engineer to design, scale, and secure our enterprise network across data centers, cloud environments, and remote locations. You will apply deep expertise in Palo Alto Networks, GCP networking, and Prisma Access to build resilient, Zero Trust architectures that protect our global operations.

You will design and operate secure services, support Cloud networking, lead hardware refreshes, and troubleshoot complex firewall and connectivity issues across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of networking in large-scale, global environments.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, and Prisma Access.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform networking and security (VPCs, firewall policies).
• Knowledge of PCI compliance is a plus; experience with SASE/ZTNA and IPsec highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate secure, reliable network services across locations and cloud environments.
• Support GCP networking and security, including VPCs and firewall policies.
• Deploy and manage NGFWs, Cloud VPN, Cloud Interconnect, and load balancing.
• Configure GlobalProtect and Prisma Access for remote-user connectivity.
• Lead hardware refreshes, upgrades, migrations with minimal business impact.
• Troubleshoot firewall, routing, NAT, and performance issues using logs and captures.
• Serve as escalation resource for major incidents; participate in on-call rotation.
• Ensure Zero Trust architectures and secure connectivity for partners and remote users.
