Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in IT or CS with related audit experience.
• Minimum 5+ years IT experience in a 500+ user environment with multiple locations.
• Experience in IT auditing and risk management within enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of ITGCs, controls, and risk assessment processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, and security tooling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on IT risk management for applications and infrastructure security.
• Maintain IT Risk Assessment; identify investment areas and audit focus.
• Triaging alerts to detect malicious activity and IOCs.
• Conduct pre- and post-implementation reviews of IT systems.
• Perform IT security audits and coordinate with units/external experts.
• Evaluate general computing controls and test compliance.
• Review IT management policies (change mgmt, BC/DR) for adequate controls.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Defender for Cloud and other security products.
• Assist with audit efforts and OT security standards compliance.
• Support security platforms (Vulnerability mgmt, Endpoint Protection).
• Escalate risks to IT Management; collaborate on cloud migration options.
• Assist in administration of System Center Service Manager.
• Contribute to SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, PowerApps, PowerBI projects.
• Document service desk processes and track resolutions.
• Inform management of emerging risk trends; develop support docs and FAQs.
• Support end users and provide metrics/SLA reports as needed.
