Job summary

iboss is seeking an entry-level IT Analyst to maintain a secure data communications network on-site in Orlando. You will provide technical assistance, deploy, configure, and monitor network equipment, and respond to queries to ensure reliable system performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in CS/IT/MIS and familiarity with AD, Windows 10, Mac OS, and TCP/IP. On-site role with opportunities to grow in a cloud-security environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including user management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS.
• Basic TCP/IP and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with firewalls and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in person for IT issues.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.
• Ensure network security and connectivity.
• Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
