Job summary

TENEX.AI is seeking a Lead Cloud Security Engineer to join our cloud security operations. You will be the cloud subject-matter expert, building automated health checks across AWS, GCP, and Azure and turning findings into remediation guidance.

You will partner with the SOC to improve detection, response, and attack-surface reduction, mentor analysts, and directly advise customers on posture improvements, including CNAPP/CSPM tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud security with hands-on AWS/GCP/Azure experience.
• Hands-on with Wiz or comparable CNAPP/CSPM tooling for posture assessment.
• Knowledge of cloud misconfigurations, IAM risks, and threat telemetry.
• Ability to automate checks and workflows via scripting and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate cloud security health checks across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Translate findings into prioritized remediation guidance for customers.
• Strengthen cloud investigation and response with the SOC.
• Support analysts on cloud incidents as escalation point for cloud detections and investigations.
• Define cloud detection use-cases and translate into requirements for Detection Engineering.
• Advise customers directly on cloud security posture improvements, including CNAPP/CSPM tooling.
