Job summary

Kuvare is seeking a Security Administrator to join our Information Security team in a hands-on role. You will work across a hybrid Microsoft Azure environment, implementing and hardening security controls, incident response, and vulnerability remediation from day one.

You will design, test, and automate security workflows, manage Entra ID and Privileged Access, and collaborate with compliance to ensure audit-ready evidence and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Technology with 3+ years in Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Entra ID.
• Experience securing hybrid cloud environments and identity governance.
• Experience leading security monitoring and incident response efforts.
• Advanced cybersecurity certifications in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tune detections in Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel.
• Lead incident response for data breaches and identity compromises.
• Develop SOAR playbooks to automate responses and reduce reaction time.
• Implement secure-by-design cloud controls and network segmentation.
• Mentor IT peers on security best practices and patterns.
