Job summary

Pega is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to own Okta administration, IAM roles, and remediation automation in a FedRAMP regulated environment. You will operate vulnerability scans, patch management, and cloud infrastructure automation, partnering with AI-driven tools and CI/CD pipelines to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud security engineering or closely adjacent role.
• Experience operating in FedRAMP or similarly regulated environment.
• Proficient with identity platforms: Okta administration, SailPoint or equivalent IGA tooling.
• Scripting and automation: Python, shell; Infrastructure as code.
• Familiar with vulnerability scanning tools and AWS security services.

Responsibilities

• Own IAM administration and access reviews across multiple environments; enforce policy.
• Operate vulnerability scanning tools and respond to audit requests with evidence.
• Execute FedRAMP patching cycles and automate with SSM/CloudFormation/scripts.
• Develop automation for patching, alerting, and role management; support AI-driven remediation features.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and treat infrastructure as code with review gates.
