Job summary

The Cloud Security Consultant role at Amazon Web Services, Inc. is focused on designing, implementing, and automating secure AWS solutions for customers.

You’ll work with clients to assess current security postures, craft scalable controls, and guide teams through best practices in cloud security. Applicants should have hands-on AWS expertise, strong scripting skills, and a track record of delivering secure, compliant cloud architectures for diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Knowledge of the primary aws services (ec2, elb, rds, route53 & s3).
• Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments.
• 3+ years in automating security operations including scripting and automation to build scalable and secure environments, automating security assessments and remediation workflows, and implementing security policies as code.
