Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Security Consultant to join the ProServe team in the AWS ecosystem. You will work with customers to design, implement, and automate secure AWS solutions that reduce risk while enabling security teams to operate effectively.

You’ll translate requirements into secure architectures, assess current capabilities, and guide customers on best practices and emerging technologies, ensuring compliant, scalable cloud security delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, S3).
• Experience implementing AWS services in distributed environments.
• 3 years automating security operations including scripting and automation to build scalable and secure environments, automating security assessments and remediation workflows, and implementing security policies as code

Responsibilities

• Solve technical problems independently.
• Collaborate with others to define and implement solutions.
• Escalate risks with options, impact, and recommended solutions.
• Be an established expert in at least 1 technology domain.
• Implement, automate, and manage scalable and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
