Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security Assurance is seeking an Assurance Analyst to support and execute compliance engagements across the global audit portfolio. You will help improve processes and deliver audit artifacts for third-party certifications and regulatory examinations.

You will work with internal teams, identify risks and controls, track milestones, and contribute to efficiency initiatives across the security assurance organization.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end assurance engagements across SOC, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and regulatory exams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather evidence and deliver audit artifacts.
• Identify risks, controls, and processes to support audit readiness.
• Track milestones, blockers, and provide status updates to leads.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Work across regions to manage lifecycle from discussions through evidence delivery.
• Gather documentation, validate quality, and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist auditors and build familiarity with risk, controls, and scope.
• Monitor deliverables and escalate issues as needed.
• Document observations to improve future engagements.
