Job summary

Lumiture is seeking a Multi-Cloud Security & Compliance Engineer to secure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for a Department of Veterans Affairs program. You will translate regulatory requirements into automated guardrails and drive a unified security posture across cloud workstreams.

You will collaborate with security, governance, and audit teams to ensure FedRAMP High, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 compliance, implement least-privilege IAM, and build centralized

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5–10 years of cloud security or compliance experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and setting cloud standards.
• Deep knowledge of GCP and OCI security services and IAM models.
• Hands-on with security tooling across multi-cloud.
• Familiar with federal frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA).

Responsibilities

• Secure OCI and GCP environments with unified security posture.
• Define guardrails and baseline security controls across clouds.
• Manage identity federation and least-privilege IAM policies.
• Operate centralized security monitoring and threat detection.
• Translate regulatory frameworks into automated guardrails.
• Engage with security, governance, and audit teams for compliance.
• Identify risks and drive remediation to improve posture.
