Job summary

Informagroupplc is seeking a strategic Security Architect to define and drive cloud and enterprise security architecture from our Newton, MA office. You will own the security architecture vision, establish governance, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to embed security across our technology ecosystem.

The role leads security strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs, ensuring ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with deep cloud security expertise.
• Proven track record leading enterprise security architecture in multi-cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices around AWS, GCP.
• Experience with automated threat detection tools and centralized logging/SIEM.
• Knowledge of VPC design, perimeter controls, and data exfiltration prevention.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices.
• Web application security testing using OWASP.
• Network vulnerability scanning and secure SDLC/DevSecOps integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive our cloud and enterprise security architecture strategy.
• Own security architecture governance with roadmaps and reference architectures for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Establish security principles, frameworks, and standards aligned with business needs and regs.
• Lead security audits, remediation plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design secure cloud infrastructures and hybrid protections scalable with business growth.
• Lead Secure SDLC and embed security controls in CI/CD pipelines with DevOps alignment.
• Mentor DevOps and development teams on secure coding and threat models.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure leaders to align security with innovation.
