Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Newton, MA seeks an experienced Senior Security Architect to lead enterprise security architecture across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will set governance, design IAM/Zero Trust, and drive secure SDLC initiatives while partnering with Product and Engineering leadership.

You will mentor teams, oversee audits, and align security with business growth, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in a fast‑growing B2B technology space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity with cloud security expertise.
• Proven leadership in enterprise security architecture across multi-clouds.
• Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP cloud security best practices.
• Expertise in web app security testing (OWASP).
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and security tooling.
• Certifications: CISSP/CCSP/AWS Security Specialty/Google Cloud Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security architecture with roadmaps and governance.
• Define security principles, standards, and regulatory alignment.
• Present security strategy to executives and stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs and communicate security posture to leadership.
• Oversee audits, remediation, and continuous improvement.
• Own cloud security across AWS and GCP; manage CSPM/CIEM strategies.
• Design IAM & Zero Trust models; implement least privilege.
• Guide Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and secure coding practices.
• Mentor DevOps and engineering teams on security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align security with innovation.
