Job summary

Ladders seeks a Cloud Security Administrator to help secure cloud environments and strengthen governance across the organization’s technology stack. The role collaborates with DevOps, security, and IT teams to improve secure deployment practices and incident response readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong Azure and O365 skills, and CISSP is preferred, with the position offered remotely for US-based candidates. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; CISSP preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and O365
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper security solutions are implemented in the cloud environment
• Assist teams with secure resource deployment in the cloud
• Administer cloud-based privileged access and conduct regular reviews
• Implement and monitor cloud security baselines and controls
• Review security events via SIEM and security dashboards
• Collaborate with DevOps to enhance security in code and pipelines
• Participate in incident response as part of the CSIRT

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Cloud Security Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This role will support the security of cloud-based systems and help ensure that controls are implemented effectively across the organization’s technology environment. The position will work closely with DevOps, security, and IT stakeholders to strengthen secure deployment practices and maintain strong cloud governance. The ideal candidate will contribute to incident response efforts, monitor security activity, and help reduce risk in a highly regulated professional services setting.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000 annually
