Job summary
NextEra Energy is seeking an Associate Power Generation Technical Services Specialist – Cloud Quality to ensure the quality, reliability, security, and operational readiness of cloud-hosted applications. The role blends cloud engineering, quality engineering, and DevOps practices to improve how software is developed, tested, deployed, and operated.

Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED.
- Experience: 0+ years.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides full-time technical support to operations and business units.
- Performs system testing and documentation during significant changes or upgrades.
- Analyzes root causes and implements solutions to complex application deficiencies.
- Provides technical leadership in security center applications and tools.
- Develops new processes to increase productivity and reduce risk of system failure.
- Establishes, documents, and maintains procedures for day-to-day support.
- Travels to power plants for onsite troubleshooting support.
