Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a CPMP Program Manager to drive integrated program plans across client governance, privacy, security, and release frameworks. This role spans coordinating across privacy, architecture, engineering, testing, migration, and deployment in multi-vendor environments.

You will own milestones, manage backlogs, track readiness for discovery through hypercare, and ensure on-time delivery with clear documentation and audit trails.

• PMP/Scrum/SAFe preferred.

CPMP Program Manager

Job Title: CPMP Program Manager

Location: Dublin, Plano

Role Purpose

Integrated CPMP program management. This Wipro role is responsible for delivering its assigned outcomes within the client governance, architecture, privacy, security, quality, and release framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Own integrated program plan, critical path, milestones, dependencies, and phase gates.
• Translate roadmap into workstreams, sprint commitments, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog, priorities, scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate privacy, business, architecture, engineering, testing, migration, and release activities.
• Drive sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and dependency resolution.
• Track readiness for discovery, design, build, SIT, UAT, migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• Maintain program metrics and coordinate with Client and third parties.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years program/project management.
• 5+ years SaaS, privacy, martech, data, or integration programs.
• PMP/Scrum/SAFe preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Retail, consumer, loyalty, marketing, customer-data, privacy, or regulated enterprise experience.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments with client and third-party platform teams.
• Agile delivery and structured enterprise governance experience.

Key Deliverables / Outputs

• Role-specific deliverables are completed against agreed acceptance criteria and phase gates.
• Risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions are documented and escalated early.
• Implementation evidence and documentation are complete for testing, audit, release, and operational handover.
• Knowledge transfer is completed for Client and Wipro operational teams.

Success Measures

• On-time delivery of assigned outcomes.
• Quality and compliance with approved Client requirements.
• Early identification and resolution of blockers.
• Clear documentation, traceability, and audit evidence.
• Effective collaboration across Wipro, Client, and third-party teams.

Key Stakeholder Interfaces

• Client business, privacy, marketing, technology, data, security, and program stakeholders.
• Wipro Delivery Head, Engagement Lead, Program Manager, Solution Architects, and engineering teams.
• Epsilon and other approved third-party platform teams.
• OneTrust/Ketch support or product teams where applicable.

Governance & Working Model

• Participate in relevant daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, weekly delivery governance, and phase-gate reviews.
• Follow Client and Wipro security, privacy, access, confidentiality, and delivery standards.
• Maintain role-specific documentation and evidence.
• Escalate blockers through the agreed Wipro-Client governance path.

Mandatory Skills: Adobe Launch and Analytics.Experience: 5-8 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
