Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our Cloud team. You will lead the development and delivery of Cloud-focused features for our flagship offering, partnering with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure a cohesive and market-ready product.

You will drive the product roadmap, conduct market research, set priorities, and manage the backlog. You will coordinate across teams, deliver status updates to leadership, and enable pre- and post-launch

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience.
• Experience with SQL databases and data analytics.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-quality products to market.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive development of the product roadmap for the company Cloud.
• Ensure initiatives align with company goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities and backlog.
• Prioritize and deliver valuable features in a timely manner.
• Ideate and propose net-new initiatives to influence product strategy.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and security teams to align scope and timeline.
• Act as the internal face of projects and provide leadership updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on launch strategy, including documentation, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
• Post-shipment, maintain documentation and support sales with customer inquiries.
• Define, track, and report KPIs; ship weekly incremental improvements; obsess over product polish.
• Daily dog-fooding and proposing incremental improvements to reduce jagged edges.
