Job summary

Join NetApp's Cloud Platforms team as a Software Development Engineer to build data management solutions across AWS, GCP, and OCI. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-enabled software and collaborate with partners to push the boundaries of data infrastructure.

You have hands-on cloud engineering experience with C/C++, Python, and CI/CD practices, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and cloud engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or OCI).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong technical understanding of NetApp’s data management and storage solutions in the Cloud.
• Participate in all phases of the product development cycle including design, development, test automation, debugging and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
• Handle unstructured tasks and convert vague requirements into clearly articulated ones.
• Operate with limited supervision and drive results independently.
• Engage in peer-to-peer collaboration and continuous learning.
