The Aerospace Corporation is recruiting for Cloud Solutions Engineer / Site Reliability Interns in the Cloud Platforms and Architectures Department within the Information Systems and Cyber Division (ISCD). Positions are available in Chantilly, VA, El Segundo, CA, or Colorado Springs, CO, and are 100% onsite.

Interns will work on multiple cloud projects, gaining hands-on experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS systems, DevOps tooling, and modern cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full‑time in a college/university pursuing a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field

Responsabilités

• Perform software and hardware development for cloud-related rapid prototyping
• Research and experiment with state‑of‑the‑art software and hardware technologies
• Manage Linux systems to provide SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS capabilities
• Implement DevOps technologies to streamline development, testing, build, and deployment
• Leverage Cloud tools and platforms such as Kubernetes and AWS/Azure/GCP
• Investigate bleeding edge cloud technologies for current and future implementations
• Receive training and mentorship from cloud and software development experts
• Learn about projects, tools, and technologies used across the enterprise
